GABRIELE

I’m a qualified GB Boxing Coach and GB Tutor National Award, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. My training sessions are for anyone who wants to get fit, lose weight and learn a good self defence.

I’m a boxer myself with 22 years of experience. I have been training from the age of 15 and I’ve achieved 4 Gold Medals in my career. I have twice been Italian Champion between 2002 -2003. I have been in the Italian Olympic team and I have competed internationally. In 2012 I won the Gold medal in the Haringey Box Cup at Alexandra Palace and in 2013 I became England National Champion winning 7 consecutive fights. I’m still very active in the boxing scene and will be turning professional soon.

I can help all my clients to achieve their goals starting with a healthy lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer I will prepare a personal training program tailored for your individual needs which will include training both inside and outside of the gym. I will give you advise on your diet and lifestyle. I will identify your Personal Training goals, make a programme and adapt it to suit your needs. I will work with you to achieve your dream body… Beginners are more than welcome to train. My training sessions are suitable for male and female. My training sessions are intense and I will keep you highly motivated with the experience and passion that I have in Fitness and Boxing. If you are looking for a challenge and if you want to make a positive change in your life style my training sessions will be perfect for you.
